Cory Davis is a licensed professional agrologist who has worked in natural resource and environmental management for over a decade from forestry, land-use planning, environmental protection, natural disaster management to renewable energies and teaching mapping and remote sensing as a college instructor. As a life-long plant-based enthusiast, he has been an environmental, social and animal rights activist from a very young age, being the youngest speaker at Animal Rights (AR) 2004, Youth Director for The Responsible Animal Care Society (TRACS), and Assistant Director on the Compassion for Animals Road Expedition (CARE Tour). Since then, he has been on the board of directors and general volunteer for various non-profits as well as worked with indigenous peoples in Canada, and Micronesia on various environmental and health related issues. He is co-author of the book “Plant-Powered Protein” and the paper “Health Disparities and Climate Change in the Marshall Islands” published in the Annals of Medicine Journal. He holds degrees and diplomas in the social sciences, environmental land-use planning, environmental science, business, and intercultural management.
