1. What is the refund policy for someone who cannot travel due to COVID?
All cancellation including Covid 19, related cancellation will adhere to
Holistic Holiday at Sea cancellation policies. If Travel Protection has been
Selected, you would open a claim with the perspective Travel Protection provider and follow required procedure.
2. Will pre-COVID tests be required before boarding the cruise ship?
At this time, MSC requires all passenger to be fully vaccinated and also requires proof of a negative RF-PCR Test Certificate that has been taken within 48 hours prior to sailing/embarkation along with the valid vaccination card for boarding.
MSC, reserves the right to provide additional testing if necessary at the terminal during embarkation or on board to protect guest and crew. You can also visit the MSC website for safety measures
3. What are the safety guidelines for excursions?
Holistic Holiday at Sea, will be offering shore excursion at each port of call, that have been presumed safe by MSC and local authorities, who are continuously monitoring guidelines set in place for the safety of all guest, staff and crew. Holistic Holiday at Sea, will also follow such set local requirement for the safety of all guest, staff and crew.
Furthermore, all guest will be able to go ashore independently if they choose to, all local requirements set in place are to be adhered and respected as local authorities continue to monitor the safety of all guest and staff.

Please note in case of a flare-up at any port of call, MSC reserves the right to implement necessary changes as they see fit by for the safety of all guest, crew and staff. MSC, may restrict embarking at such said port of call as Itinerary are subject to change without prior notice.
5. What are your cleaning and sanitization standards on the ship? How is air circulated and filtered onboard?
MSC, has adopted Hospital-grade disinfectants for cleaning of staterooms, and common areas and frequently touched areas.
MSC, has also added electronic sprayers throughout the ship and increased cleaning frequency, and specially of those high traffic areas.
Prior to each sailing MSC, conducts a deep sanitation cleaning to all staterooms. MSC, ships supplies all stateroom and high traffic common areas with a 100% fresh external air system with no re-circulation.
7. What happens if I have a positive COVID-19 test within 10 days before sailing
We strongly recommend the purchase of vacation protection insurance. Cancellation penalties increase gradually and reach 100% of your trip cost in the last weeks prior to departure. If you choose to decline insurance, Holistic Holiday at Sea will be unable to assist you with any refund claims OR apply any credit to a future cruise. Cancellation for Any Reason coverage (CFAR) is available if the policy is purchased within 14 days of your initial deposit.
