1. Sweepstakes Period
The 2027 Holistic Holiday at Sea Cruise Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on September 10, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on October 30, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period").
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their province or territory of residence as of the date of entry.
Previous and current Holistic Holiday at Sea guests are eligible to enter.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Holistic Holiday at Sea, Inc. ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
By entering, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Official Rules.
3. How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants may enter by visiting the official Holistic Holiday at Sea giveaway page and completing the required entry form. To receive an official entry, entrants must:
- Provide their first name and a valid email address;
- Complete the required giveaway registration; and
- Follow @holisticholidaycruise on Instagram.
Entrants must remain following @holisticholidaycruise at the time the winner is verified and the prize is awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the selected entrant's Instagram follow before awarding the prize. The potential winner may be required to provide or confirm their Instagram username for verification.
Entrants may optionally provide a mobile phone number and consent to receive recurring marketing text messages from Holistic Holiday at Sea. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of entering or winning. Message and data rates may apply. Entrants may reply STOP to opt out of text messages.
Limit one (1) official entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Automated, fraudulent, duplicate, incomplete, or otherwise invalid entries are prohibited and may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion.
All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, or otherwise invalid entries or for technical, network, hardware, software, internet, social media platform, or other failures that may interfere with participation in the Sweepstakes.
4. Entry Guidelines
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether an entry complies with these Official Rules and to disqualify any entrant or entry that violates these Official Rules, attempts to manipulate the entry process, provides false or misleading information, uses multiple identities or accounts to obtain additional entries, or otherwise interferes with the fair administration of the Sweepstakes.
5. Grand Prize
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive one complimentary interior stateroom for the winner and one (1) guest on the winner's choice of one of the following 2027 Holistic Holiday at Sea voyages aboard the MSC Poesia:
Option 1: Caribbean & Latin America
March 7–18, 2027 · 11 Nights · Departing Miami, Florida. Scheduled destinations include Ocho Rios, Jamaica; Cartagena, Colombia; Colón, Panama; Puerto Limón, Costa Rica; Roatán, Honduras; and Belize City, Belize.
Option 2: Alaska
August 2–9, 2027 · 7 Nights · Departing Seattle, Washington. Scheduled destinations include Ketchikan, Icy Strait Point, Tracy Arm Fjord, Juneau, and Victoria, British Columbia.
The prize includes one interior stateroom shared by the winner and one (1) guest and participation in the applicable Holistic Holiday at Sea onboard program.
The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is between $4,000 and $5,000 USD, depending on the cruise selected and applicable sailing value. If the actual value of the prize is less than the maximum stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash or credit.
Unless expressly identified by Sponsor as included, the prize does not include airfare or other transportation to or from the applicable departure port, ground transportation, travel insurance, shore excursions, personal purchases, incidentals, passport or travel-document expenses, or other expenses not specifically identified as part of the prize.
Any applicable taxes, port charges, gratuities, service charges, or other cruise-related charges will be handled in accordance with the prize package provided by Sponsor at the time of booking.
Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all documentation required for travel, including valid passports and any visas, identification, immigration documentation, or other documentation required to participate in the selected voyage. The winner and guest must be legally permitted to travel to all destinations included in the selected itinerary.
The prize is non-transferable and may not be sold or redeemed for cash. No substitution or transfer of the prize is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize or sailing becomes unavailable.
Sailing itineraries, ports, schedules, vessels, presenters, programming, and other elements of the cruise experience are subject to change without notice due to operational requirements, weather, governmental requirements, cruise line decisions, or circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control.
6. Random Drawing and Winner Notification
One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place on or about November 2, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address and/or phone number provided with their entry. The potential winner will have fifteen (15) days from the date of initial notification to respond and claim the prize.
Before the prize is awarded, Sponsor will verify that the potential winner satisfies all eligibility requirements, including the requirement to follow @holisticholidaycruise on Instagram. The potential winner may be required to complete and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability Release, Publicity Release, tax documentation, and/or other documentation reasonably required by Sponsor.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within fifteen (15) days, fails to satisfy the eligibility requirements, fails to provide requested documentation, declines the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner will forfeit the prize and Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
The winner's guest may also be required to execute a liability release and other documentation required by Sponsor or the applicable cruise line before travel.
Any federal, state, provincial, territorial, or local tax obligations resulting from acceptance of the prize are the responsibility of the winner. Sponsor may issue appropriate tax documentation when required by applicable law.
7. Canadian Residents
If a potential winner is a resident of Canada, before being declared the official winner and receiving the prize, the potential winner must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by Sponsor. Failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question will result in disqualification, and Sponsor may select another potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, statements, city and state, province, or territory of residence, and information relating to winning the Sweepstakes for advertising, promotional, publicity, and marketing purposes in any media without additional compensation, notification, permission, or approval.
9. General Terms
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
Entrants and the winner agree, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, advertising and promotion agencies, and other parties associated with the Sweepstakes from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, injuries, or expenses arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with or attempts to manipulate the entry process, website, social media platforms, or operation of the Sweepstakes or who otherwise violates these Official Rules.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, natural disaster, governmental action, cruise line action, or any other circumstance beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated early, Sponsor may select the winner from among all eligible entries received prior to termination.
10. Instagram / Meta Disclaimer
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Holistic Holiday at Sea, Inc. and not to Instagram or Meta. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility or liability arising from or related to this Sweepstakes to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Dispute Resolution
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that:
- Any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or prize will be resolved individually and without resort to any form of class action;
- Any claims, judgments, or awards will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes and will not include punitive, incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages or attorneys' fees, except where prohibited by applicable law; and
- Under no circumstances will an entrant be permitted to obtain an award for damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses associated with entering the Sweepstakes, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
For entrants residing in the United States, these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to conflict-of-law provisions. To the extent permitted by law, legal proceedings involving a United States entrant arising out of this Sweepstakes or these Official Rules shall be instituted in the appropriate federal or state courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
For Canadian residents, applicable Canadian federal, provincial, and territorial laws will apply where required, and nothing in these Official Rules is intended to limit any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable Canadian law.
12. No Waiver / Severability
If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect and will be construed as though the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision were not included. Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.
